The hydraulically driven Pulsar series was designed for mowing grass and light brush, up to 1” in diameter. Available in 60” and 72” cutting widths the skidsteer mount Pulsar can cut almost any desirable height. The heavy 3/16” material deck and deck supports provide the durability for many years of dependable service. The front of the Pulsar features a push bar that bends tall grasses and brush under the deck. Our unique drive spindle is supported by 2 bearings allowing us to couple the hydraulic motor directly onto the drive spindle, eliminating the need for a gearbox. When the terrain changes our unique float linkage allows the Pulsar to adjust. As the side skids slide over raised areas the angle of the Pulsar is adjusted preventing spearing. With safety in mind, an optional heavy ¼” front curtain chain is standard on the Pulsar to control unwanted debris from leaving the cutting area.

We offer several mounting options, including an offset skid-steer quick attach which allows the operator to drive parallel to the fence line, a bolt-on/weld-on bracket that mounts to almost any flat surface, and a tilt bracket for up to 20° adjustments left or right. Use down pressure from the host vehicle to drive more posts in the ground faster. During working the carrier for road transport is hydraulically raised over the machine. For road transport the carrier is lowered and at the same time the outer rotors are raised to reduce the overall width and keep the unit lifted from the ground of 4”. Furthermore, the stability of the machine during working is ensured by tandem axles with balloon tires fitted underneath the center rotors. Thus, the stress is evenly distributed and the tedder follows the undulations of the ground.
