The heavy 3/16” material deck and deck supports provide the durability for many years of dependable service. The front of the Pulsar features a push bar that bends tall grasses and brush under the deck. Our unique drive spindle is supported by 2 bearings allowing us to couple the hydraulic motor directly onto the drive spindle, eliminating the need for a gearbox. When the terrain changes our unique float linkage allows the Pulsar to adjust. As the side skids slide over raised areas the angle of the Pulsar is adjusted preventing spearing. With safety in mind, an optional heavy ¼” front curtain chain is standard on the Pulsar to control unwanted debris from leaving the cutting area.

With a 128-tooth reel turning at a slower RPM than the tires, the fluffer gently picks up, lifts, and releases the swath without causing damage to the crop. The fluffed swath can be shifted up to 18 inches to the left or right by angling the basket, placing it on drier ground for quicker drying. This adjustment can be made at speeds of up to 12 MPH for added efficiency. Reel speed is easily controlled via a flow control valve on the tractor. The 3-point operation allows the entire machine to be raised for transport or turning, while the pull hitch attachment enables operation with a drawbar tractor or towing with a truck. Originally designed to fluff rained-on swaths, KIRCHNER SWATH FLUFFERS have become essential in many haying and harvesting operations, offering faster and superior results. Additionally, chain-driven, ground-drive swath fluffers are available for operations with trucks or tractors lacking hydraulic systems, although they do not offer swath-shifting capabilities.

We offer several mounting options, including an offset skid-steer quick attach which allows the operator to drive parallel to the fence line, a bolt-on/weld-on bracket that mounts to almost any flat surface, and a tilt bracket for up to 20° adjustments left or right. Use down pressure from the host vehicle to drive more posts in the ground faster. The T3 Driver includes one bolt-on/weld-on bracket, hoses and flat face ISO couplers for simple plug and play operation.
