The Hi-Dump Box features: Combination 10 and 12 gauge steel tub construction. Heavy gusseted and reinforced box style frame. GVWR rating of approximately 45,000 lbs., and an empty box weight of around 15,000 lbs., the 9215 is capable of lifting and dumping approximately 30,000 lbs of product to meet the GVWR capacity. The variable dumping height gives you more versatility at harvest time. ENTIRE dumping cycle should take approximately two minutes depending on hydraulic supply output. The master/slave hydraulic system automatically rephases at the end of each cylinder stroke and has the flexibility to top off a truckload with a partial dump – not restricted to a full dump cycle. Right hand dump has a 47 degree dumping angle. (2) 27” x 16” Sight windows and (2) tub access panels. Standard highway lighting. Adjustable height single clevis swivel hitch. The hydraulically driven Pulsar series was designed for mowing grass and light brush, up to 1” in diameter. Available in 60” and 72” cutting widths the skidsteer mount Pulsar can cut almost any desirable height. The heavy 3/16” material deck and deck supports provide the durability for many years of dependable service. The front of the Pulsar features a push bar that bends tall grasses and brush under the deck. Our unique drive spindle is supported by 2 bearings allowing us to couple the hydraulic motor directly onto the drive spindle, eliminating the need for a gearbox. When the terrain changes our unique float linkage allows the Pulsar to adjust. As the side skids slide over raised areas the angle of the Pulsar is adjusted preventing spearing. With safety in mind, an optional heavy ¼” front curtain chain is standard on the Pulsar to control unwanted debris from leaving the cutting area.

The KIRCHNER SWATH FLUFFER efficiently lifts and fluffs hay, grain, or other crops, allowing air to circulate underneath for faster drying or curing. This reduces the time between cutting, baling, and harvesting. With a 128-tooth reel turning at a slower RPM than the tires, the fluffer gently picks up, lifts, and releases the swath without causing damage to the crop. The fluffed swath can be shifted up to 18 inches to the left or right by angling the basket, placing it on drier ground for quicker drying. This adjustment can be made at speeds of up to 12 MPH for added efficiency. Reel speed is easily controlled via a flow control valve on the tractor. The 3-point operation allows the entire machine to be raised for transport or turning, while the pull hitch attachment enables operation with a drawbar tractor or towing with a truck. Originally designed to fluff rained-on swaths, KIRCHNER SWATH FLUFFERS have become essential in many haying and harvesting operations, offering faster and superior results. Additionally, chain-driven, ground-drive swath fluffers are available for operations with trucks or tractors lacking hydraulic systems, although they do not offer swath-shifting capabilities.
