Different knife styles are available; side slice, cup knives or a combination of both will provide different results in different crops. Our unique drive spindle is supported by 2 bearings allowing us to couple the hydraulic motor directly onto the drive spindle, eliminating the need for a gearbox. When the terrain changes our unique float linkage allows the Pulsar to adjust. As the side skids slide over raised areas the angle of the Pulsar is adjusted preventing spearing. With safety in mind, an optional heavy ¼” front curtain chain is standard on the Pulsar to control unwanted debris from leaving the cutting area.

The Zone Commander is an in-line deep ripper designed for the ultimate in compaction management. The ability to open the soil surface with minimal disturbance and to fracture and loosen the soil profile to allow water and oxygen infiltration and enhanced root growth, makes the Zone Commander unique. The Zone Commander concept lays the foundation for numerous follow-up tillage practices. These models are equipped to handle heavy residue and rugged conditions with large diameter lead coulters and heavy-duty shank assemblies. Versatility is built-in with the choice of auto-reset or rigid shear bolt shank assemblies and the choice of straight leg shanks, parabolic shanks or low disturbance shanks.
