The Hi-Dump Box features: Combination 10 and 12 gauge steel tub construction. Heavy gusseted and reinforced box style frame. GVWR rating of approximately 45,000 lbs., and an empty box weight of around 15,000 lbs., the 9215 is capable of lifting and dumping approximately 30,000 lbs of product to meet the GVWR capacity. The variable dumping height gives you more versatility at harvest time. ENTIRE dumping cycle should take approximately two minutes depending on hydraulic supply output. The master/slave hydraulic system automatically rephases at the end of each cylinder stroke and has the flexibility to top off a truckload with a partial dump – not restricted to a full dump cycle. Right hand dump has a 47 degree dumping angle. (2) 27” x 16” Sight windows and (2) tub access panels. Standard highway lighting. Adjustable height single clevis swivel hitch. he standard version has rake wheels with a diameter of 55” (1.4m) and tines with a diameter of 0.28” (7mm). As an alternative, and with no changes to the machine structure needed, it is possible to mount optional rake wheels with a diameter of 60’’ (1.52m) and tines with a diameter of 0.3” (7.5 mm). Each wheel, regardless of the diameter, is equipped with 40 tines made of top-quality spring steel. A lever acting on a sprocket equipped with a locking mechanism enables the width of the swath to be adjusted easily and rapidly from about 3’ (0.91 m) to 6’ (1.8 m). Alternatively, this function can be performed by an optional hydraulic device enabling the adjustment of the swath directly from the tractor.

The holes are conveniently numbered for easy selection, and no calibration is necessary between drills. Additionally, seed plates can be changed easily without the need for fitted tools. Furthermore, the Cole Planet Jr. features 4" of float, thanks to its cradle bracket, allowing the drill to float a full 4" up and down. This unique spring suspension system enables each drill to independently follow the contours of the ground, ensuring uniform seed depth for optimal planting results.
