The hi-Capacity rake opens and closes hydraulically, rake wheels are lowered and raised hydraulically, and the rake wheels float independently. A 2 or 3 wheel center kicker assembly is optional for the Hi-Capacity rakes. The Hi-Dump Box features: Combination 10 and 12 gauge steel tub construction. Heavy gusseted and reinforced box style frame. GVWR rating of approximately 45,000 lbs., and an empty box weight of around 15,000 lbs., the 9215 is capable of lifting and dumping approximately 30,000 lbs of product to meet the GVWR capacity. The variable dumping height gives you more versatility at harvest time. ENTIRE dumping cycle should take approximately two minutes depending on hydraulic supply output. The master/slave hydraulic system automatically rephases at the end of each cylinder stroke and has the flexibility to top off a truckload with a partial dump – not restricted to a full dump cycle. Right hand dump has a 47 degree dumping angle. (2) 27” x 16” Sight windows and (2) tub access panels. Standard highway lighting. Adjustable height single clevis swivel hitch. Telescoping/adjustable length hitch pole. Rear Tow Bar.

Our standard duty model HPD-16 incorporates many of the innovations first brought to the market by Worksaver: “convertible” hydraulic valve, grease zerks at all major pivot locations, plated manual cranks, plastic slide blocks, adjustable legs, bubble level, and SplitCap™. Uniquely synchronized jaws, designed for less wear and tear on the vehicle, are actuated by a rear-mounted, fully-protected 3" diameter cylinder, allowing the operator to aggressively excavate objects without fear of damage to the cylinder. Tapered jaws allow for larger trees to be gripped near the back of the jaws, maximizing pulling force. The bidirectional side saw teeth on the 12200T model provide a more aggressive design that allows you to cut off trees flush to the ground. Maximum horsepower rating = 125 HP.
