The Tubeline Accumul8 gives producers time-savings for one of farmings biggest jobs. The Accumul8 is your solution for handling bales efficiently - saving you time and man power. You can now handle eight, ten or twelve bales at one time. This allows one person to quickly gather and load wagons or highway trailers. Keep your farm operating efficiently with the addition of the Tubeline Accumul8. The Accumul8's mechanical design requires no external hydraulics, PTO or electrical connections. Each bale triggers a series of switches, guiding the next bale into proper location and then releasing the entire pack when full.

Bale Wrapper
TL1000R
Hydraulically powered, the TL1700SR can easily switch between round and square bales by moving the secondary drive shaft on either of the appropriate stub shafts. Each stub shaft changes the drive ratio to provide the appropriate advancement of the bale. When the carrier arm is placed in the wrapping position, the carrier can be raised or lowered, centering the wrap on the bale to provide even plastic coverage throughout the wrapping process. The TL1700SR is also equipped with Tubeline's Twin Wrap Kit which laminates two layers together to form a stronger 2-ply layer of plastic. BF8000 Self-Loading Bale Feeder

The BF8000 SL is designed to handle round bales up to 6 feet in diameter and weighing up to 2,500 pounds. Equipped with a hydraulic loading arm and a two-prong bale spear, it can lift and place the bale onto the table. The loading arm can also carry a second bale to the field. Once the bale is on the table, an apron chain rotates it while the drum’s fingers unravel the hay. As the core of the bale is approached, the table can be tilted to increase contact between the bale and the drum, ensuring the entire bale is fed out. The BF8000SL features a hydraulic self-loading design, eliminating the need for additional equipment to load bales onto the BaleFeeder table. A mechanical loading arm position indicator helps you determine when the bale spears are ideally positioned for loading different sizes of bales or for transporting. The BaleFeeder’s drum uses retractable fingers to grab and fluff the bale on the table side while retracting back into the drum on the unloading side, preventing material from being pulled back onto the table. Other standard features include an apron chain conveyor and a table that can angle up to 22.5 degrees.

Engineered with high-precision seed boxes and flow control, seeding becomes effortless, allowing for the drilling of various seed varieties and sizes in diverse planting conditions. Despite its heavy-duty construction, the 750-2 model is designed to be handled by tractors with as low as 50 HP. Ideal for planting deer food plots around woodlands or precision pasture seeding in the fall, this drill boasts 10 coulters at 7 1/2” and high-precision large seed seedcups that accurately drop seeds into the openings. Additionally, a separate Legume Seedbox with high-precision seed cups dispenses seed along a "splash pan," evenly distributing small seeds over the soil. Equipped with a packer roller system featuring Nylon rings or optional cast iron rollers, this drill effectively presses the seed into the ground and closes up the cuts made by the disc openers. Further enhancing its performance, the Greenscape 750 No-Till Drill comes with a smaller Legume Seedcup and specifications including a Three-Point Hitch Cat. 1&2, heavy tubular frame construction, ground-driven operation eliminating the need for a PTO shaft or gearbox maintenance, precise seed metering cups with individual clean-out gates, rear roller packer rings for firming and smoothing the seedbed, and a water-tight seed box with agitator shaft, calibration chart, and seeding rate chart. Additionally, it features 10 cast iron double disc openers spaced at 7.5", spring-loaded coulters for cutting through tough ground, and the option for cast iron roller rings.

SWATH FLUFFERS
Kirchner-SWATH FLUFFERS
The KIRCHNER SWATH FLUFFER efficiently lifts and fluffs hay, grain, or other crops, allowing air to circulate underneath for faster drying or curing. This reduces the time between cutting, baling, and harvesting. With a 128-tooth reel turning at a slower RPM than the tires, the fluffer gently picks up, lifts, and releases the swath without causing damage to the crop. The fluffed swath can be shifted up to 18 inches to the left or right by angling the basket, placing it on drier ground for quicker drying. This adjustment can be made at speeds of up to 12 MPH for added efficiency. Reel speed is easily controlled via a flow control valve on the tractor. The 3-point operation allows the entire machine to be raised for transport or turning, while the pull hitch attachment enables operation with a drawbar tractor or towing with a truck. Originally designed to fluff rained-on swaths, KIRCHNER SWATH FLUFFERS have become essential in many haying and harvesting operations, offering faster and superior results. Additionally, chain-driven, ground-drive swath fluffers are available for operations with trucks or tractors lacking hydraulic systems, although they do not offer swath-shifting capabilities.
