The Rotary Crusher is the perfect tool for cultivation combined with high area output. Functional Principle The optimum ratio of number of hoeing stars to weight makes it ideal for breaking up crusts. Each chopping star can bring up to 30 kg working pressure to the ground. The unique design provides almost constant tool pressure over the entire spring travel. For every standard edition, the pressure is hydraulically adjustable.

The RW Rotary Weeder removes weeds with its diagonally arranged rotating harrow rings. Its robust design allows it to be also used for crust breaking. Functional Principle The ingenious spring system allows almost constant pressure over the entire spring stroke of up to 25 kg working pressure per ring. The unique angle adjustment of the harrow rings ensures extremely accurate adjustment across the entire working width. McFarlane’s No-Till Stalk Chopper is an excellent way to chop standing stalks. This 3-point mounted machine features two rows of spiders holding reels with 8 hardened steel chopping knives on the front bar and 6 hardened knives on the rear bar. The front row chops the ridge stalks and the rear row is offset for valley tilling. The spiders are design to permit adjustable row spacing. In addition, chopping knives can be set to run straight or at right or left angles. This permits McFarlane’s Stalk Chopper to work efficiently in practically any ridge-till field.

APV's Pneumatic Seeders (PS) are characterized by their universal use on a wide variety of machines. Because of this, a combined application is possible - tilling the soil and seed simultaneously. This will save you time and money! The seeds are conveyed by air support through plastic hoses to the dispersion plates. This enables precise seeding even by windy conditions! While driving, adjustments and monitoring are possible on the control box at any time. As accessories, speed-adjusted seed rate spreading are available. The APV PS series includes products of different hopper sizes (120, 200, 300, 500, 800 and 1600 liters), a fan (electric, hydraulic or PTO fan) and design (standard, fertilizer and / or TWIN). In addition to the seeding of catch crops, the application of nurse crops and grass reseeding are also possible with APV seeders.

TINED WEEDER

The tines are mounted in a tine spacing of 31.25 mm and their main focus is on combating unwanted weeds. The fine tines are mounted in 6 rows and they are ideal for reducing unwanted weeds. The unwanted plants are pulled out, deposited and wither directly on the soil surface. Functional Principle The tines penetrate the soil while harrowing to a maximum depth of 2-3 cm to break up and crumble the upper soil crust. This ensures better soil aeration and the capillarity is interrupted. However, the primary focus is on the control of unwanted weeds. 90 % of the weed germs are decimated naturally by pulling them out of the soil and deposited them to wither.
