The Brillion Flail Shredder has quality built in from the ground up. The 180 HP rated gear box is rugged enough to handle large horsepower tractors. Different knife styles are available; side slice, cup knives or a combination of both will provide different results in different crops. Primarily used for chopping corn residue after harvest, the Flail Shredder is also used for mowing waterways, clipping pastures and in unique topping operations in some specialty crops.

The KIRCHNER SWATH FLUFFER efficiently lifts and fluffs hay, grain, or other crops, allowing air to circulate underneath for faster drying or curing. This reduces the time between cutting, baling, and harvesting. With a 128-tooth reel turning at a slower RPM than the tires, the fluffer gently picks up, lifts, and releases the swath without causing damage to the crop. The fluffed swath can be shifted up to 18 inches to the left or right by angling the basket, placing it on drier ground for quicker drying. This adjustment can be made at speeds of up to 12 MPH for added efficiency. Reel speed is easily controlled via a flow control valve on the tractor. The 3-point operation allows the entire machine to be raised for transport or turning, while the pull hitch attachment enables operation with a drawbar tractor or towing with a truck. Originally designed to fluff rained-on swaths, KIRCHNER SWATH FLUFFERS have become essential in many haying and harvesting operations, offering faster and superior results. Additionally, chain-driven, ground-drive swath fluffers are available for operations with trucks or tractors lacking hydraulic systems, although they do not offer swath-shifting capabilities.

The front drive rotor engages the soil and drives the tillage rotor nearly two times faster, mixing the seed into the soil. A floating firming roller covers and closes the seeding process. The seed depth will vary with the density of the soil and/or number of seeding passes. The unique ground drive system and self-cleaning rotor design separate the Till ‘N Seed from the rest of the competition.

The five and six foot LSP models are three-point hitch only. The six foot LSS model comes standard with both a three-point hitch and a skid loader adaptor plate for use on most skid loaders. Various options allow these seeders to be adapted to specialty seeding as required.
