Equipped with a Gravity-Drop Hopper, this planter eliminates seed damage and accurately places 34 to 650 lbs of fertilizer per acre with adjustable rate control. Additionally, it comes with 4 seed plates and gears for different seeds and spacing, along with a fertilizer hopper for added convenience. The MultiFlex design ensures consistent depth control, while the Deep V seed opener promotes fast germination and uniform planting. For one-row setups, the Cole 12MX Multiplex features a three-point hitch compatible with Cat. 1 tractors. Each drill comes with three seed plates, each containing 13 holes, providing a total of 39 seed flow adjustments ranging in diameter from 3/32" to 3/4". The tines are mounted in a tine spacing of 31.25 mm and their main focus is on combating unwanted weeds. The fine tines are mounted in 6 rows and they are ideal for reducing unwanted weeds. The unwanted plants are pulled out, deposited and wither directly on the soil surface. Functional Principle The tines penetrate the soil while harrowing to a maximum depth of 2-3 cm to break up and crumble the upper soil crust. This ensures better soil aeration and the capillarity is interrupted.
