The tines are mounted in a tine spacing of 31.25 mm and their main focus is on combating unwanted weeds. The fine tines are mounted in 6 rows and they are ideal for reducing unwanted weeds. The unwanted plants are pulled out, deposited and wither directly on the soil surface. Functional Principle The tines penetrate the soil while harrowing to a maximum depth of 2-3 cm to break up and crumble the upper soil crust. This ensures better soil aeration and the capillarity is interrupted. However, the primary focus is on the control of unwanted weeds. 90 % of the weed germs are decimated naturally by pulling them out of the soil and deposited them to wither.

These units use blade agitator seed meters that will seed a wide varietyrnof landscape seeds. The three inch meter spacing provides excellent distribution of seed across the full width of the seeder. The five and six foot LSP models are three-point hitch only. The six foot LSS model comes standard with both a three-point hitch and a skid loader adaptor plate for use on most skid loaders. Various options allow these seeders to be adapted to specialty seeding as required.
